Shortly after construction, the condominium owners discover several ongoing leaks within their units. Thornton Tomasetti was engaged to investigate the source of the leaks and design repairs.  During the investigation, design and construction defects were discovered. The project included several phases to incorporate the recommended repairs to spread out the association's cost. The work started at the building's top penthouses, including recladding of the exterior, new windows, terrace repairs, and roofing repairs. Later phases were designed to replace improperly constructed windows and remove problematic balcony tiles on lower floors.
